Sometimes you don't get it all right the first time or the second or even the third or ever. Today I edited and added to yesterday's post, Day 179, since I had a good idea last night but was a bit tired to execute it well. Such is the story of our lives. One of my favorite quotes I have on a pillow reads: "Leafing through the narrative of her life, she paused. While some memories could use a little editing, others remained as important and as lovely as the moments she had lived them." I am grateful for edits, corrections, and improvements in life along with the moments full of joy that are simply just lovely as is.
