Friday night and Saturday, I actually shook up my life by sorting through my clothes and letting go of things I did not wear or want which I have had on my to do list a very long time. My drawers and closet full of clothes I wear are perfectly neat for now after tidying up my space and it feels so good. Saturday night included further organizing as Rick and I had a fun date hanging more pictures in his new office in Walnut Creek. After, we celebrated by shaking it up with two yummy chocolate shakes at Fuddruckers.
Moreover, I look forward to conquering more Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up suggestions on another day. I am so thankful for my clothes I kept and for the clothes that have done me service, but that I have decided to give away. Now I hope to see if I can keep my clothes organized like Marie Kondo promises in her book. I may not empty my purse out every day like she says to do, but I do store my purses inside the other and I am now putting the purse I am using in the same spot every day which I like. Oh, and my socks are flat inside my drawer which allows me to see what I have better. I still hang more than fold, but some habits are hard to break. I am doing my best though to shake it up and try new ideas. So far so good!
