To do lists
Schedules
Appointments
Tasks

Chores
Assignments
Present
Past

Move the things
that don't get done
to the next day 
and so on

Behind
Catch up
Add more 
Start again

Overstressed
Overscheduled
Exhausted and
Worn out

Inboxes fill
and we feel
empty, still
we work

But wait. . .
Take time
to relax and
rest awhile

Slow down
Take a breath
Time to play 
and take a nap

Work does
not work well
with less sleep
so sit a spell

Pause
Stop
Meditate
Do nothing. . .

Only breathe!
