Day 155-Walking and Talking

I have missed walking.  I have not walked regularly since before the holidays.  Walking with my husband or friends is even better.  This morning was especially gorgeous as the sun caressed our footsteps.   Our conversations were precious:  sharing our hearts, helping with hurts, laughing out loud, and smiling a lot.  Walking and talking is simply relaxing while moving our feet in the beautiful outdoors. It's delightfully simple and easy to do.  Walking just 30 minutes a day has both physical and mental health benefits.  I enjoy the way it makes me feel:  happy, grateful, and connected to God and His children.
