Day 127-I Love Grandkids, Bacon, and Target!

I snatched bites of my grandchildren's late breakfast because I already had had a yogurt and toast and should not have more, but the smell of bacon is irresistible just like my grandkids.  In keeping with tradition, when I come to Juliann's in Utah, we usually do a project of some kind in her home.  This time it is organizing her children's toys after Christmas.

Thus, today we first eat take out from Joe Bandito's Mexican food in Springville with Jenessa, then drive her to class making sure we have the last couple of items on the list that Jenessa needs for her apartment.  Then, Juliann, Henry, Hugh and I decide to indulge ourselves at Target where the adults feel we are being practical, buying good quality, and yet treating ourselves to some needed, yet fun purchases.  While there, we find Jenessa's items along with a selection of shelf containers that will look cute in Mae's room.  We head home to sort, toss, clean and arrange with the children's help after Mae is home from school.  The rooms are spotless for more than a minute with everything nearly in its place.  Of course, that is not expected to last, but the attempt is worth the effort.
