Kneeling too long inside the temple, our Jenessa became light-headed so was up one minute and down the next being thankfully caught by her father. Her fainting spell lasted only seconds and she recovered quickly and completely. Ironically, she had an annual physical later that afternoon and the doctor believes when Jenessa kneels too long she tends to pass out due to a drop in blood flow. Additional blood work will be done anyway. No more kneeling for Nessa!!!!
The ebb and flow of life often is up and down. The most important thing though is to get back up and to remember there are many people who are there to help you do just that. Thanks Rick for catching our daughter today and for all the people at the temple who showed concern and love!
