Day 252-A Lovely Mother's Day

So blessed to be a mother and grandmother; I love my children and grandchildren, oh, so much!  I found this gem in my journal written by my daughter Juliann 11 years ago when she was 17 years old.  Juliann does not believe she is a very good writer, but I beg to differ.  

I Am a Daughter of God

I am a daughter of God who loves life and brings joy

I smile like my sister Jaclyn

I think like my dad

"I believe" are my words of faith

I am happy to be alive

Spring green is my color:  light, fun, and warm

Spring-growth, green-renewal

I am like a doe:  fast, but gentle and sweet

Others say I am likable and fun to be with

I am spontaneous, bouncy, and kind-hearted

I am humble and teachable

I am happy to be alive

I am a daughter of God who loves life and brings joy

Friends say I am a good driver

I have good directional sense

I cherish obedience and responsibility

I give forth a caring hand and a listening ear

I owe others love, kindness, respect and honesty

I am the way I am because of my family, religion and friends

I am happy to be alive

I cannot sleep on boats

I love to travel and hike

I like to lay out in the sun and read a good book

I always keep Grandma's Golden Rule

I serve others

I am happy to be alive

I want to never let go of music and nature

I will remember Paris, Tahoe and family gatherings

I will never forget my family, faith and testimony
