or invisible?
What do you see when you look into the mirror?
Are you the person on the outside reflected back at you
or the person on the inside not seen
unless you allow your true self to be seen?
Do they match?
Sometimes we only perceive ourselves as we think
others perceive us, but are we even thus?
Do we know that we are all beautiful. . .
inside as well as out?
We are created in the image of God
and have the Spirit of God within.
How can we not all be beautiful
as we reflect God's light?
*I wrote this after our Young Single Adult Relief Society Book Club shared a Dove commercial [Dovechoosebeautiful.tumblir.com] about women all over the world making a choice to either enter a building through a door labeled Beautiful or a door labeled Average. Here is hoping we all choose the door labeled Beautiful.
